1. Subscription Terms

Dynamic Media operates on a monthly or annual subscription basis. All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle.

2. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all video content produced for your account. This includes the final rendered videos, scripts, and any content generated from your business information. Dynamic Media retains ownership of the underlying 3D assets, rendering pipeline, and technology platform.

3. Avatar and Voice Data

Photos and voice recordings you provide are used solely for creating your personalised 3D avatar and voice clone. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties. You may request deletion of this data at any time.

4. Referral Program

Referral commissions of 5% are calculated on the referred customer's monthly subscription amount. Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer for active referrals. A referral is considered active when the referred customer maintains a paid subscription. Commissions cease when the referred customer cancels their subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Videos that have already been generated or are in the rendering queue at the time of cancellation will be completed and delivered.

6. Acceptable Use

Videos must not contain illegal content, hate speech, or misleading claims. Dynamic Media reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You are responsible for ensuring your video content complies with advertising standards in your jurisdiction.

7. Service Availability

Dynamic Media aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Video rendering times are estimates and may vary based on system load.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic Media's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
