We collect the following information when you use Dynamic Media:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and business details
  • Facial photographs (3 photos for avatar creation)
  • Voice recordings (minimum 30 seconds for voice cloning)
  • Business information provided to the knowledge container
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Usage data and analytics

2. How We Use Your Data

Your facial photographs are used solely to generate your personalised 3D avatar. Voice recordings are used solely to create your voice clone. Business information is used to generate relevant video content for your account. We do not use your biometric data for any purpose other than creating your avatar and voice clone.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers. Facial and voice data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to biometric data is restricted to automated processing systems only — no human reviews your photos or voice recordings.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Facial photographs and voice recordings are deleted within 30 days of account cancellation unless you request earlier deletion. Generated videos are retained for 12 months after generation.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure and AI services
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • TikTok, YouTube, Instagram — video publishing (with your authorisation)
  • Avaturn — 3D avatar generation

6. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the OAIC

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand how you use our service. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.

8. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC within 72 hours as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
